Not at all, I personally prefer the Sphax texture pack.

Well, I'm not a very big fan of high res texture packs. I typically use anything 16x16 and that's it. I think I've seen you grief on youtube with sphax before.

I use either 256x256 or 512x512 texture packs. They make the game look a lot different, and it changes the experience a little bit. Also, I know it's not a texture pack, but i think everyone should try GLSL shaders. They make it seem like a new game, almost.

Hmm, interesting. Though I kinda like smooth, simplistic texture packs.
