I have no idea how to program but Notch is pretty inspiring. Have you ever seen him during his live-coding videos? I watched one recently of him coding his new game and he does it so fast without even thinking. It amazes me how he can look at the wall of his coding and know what it all means when to an average person it just looks like random letters.

I do think he cuts time out of his videos though
